They have moving parts and turning wheels.Nice detail for the miniature size.They also have key chains attached if you want to clip them on to use as a zipper pull or keychains.
If you want to use them as toys just cut off the key-chain!

Set of 4 minature tonka trucks are metal die cast and feature moving parts. Set includes: Tonka dump truck (2-1/2" long" which has moving wheels and back of truck tilts. Tonka Fire Truck (2-3/4" long) has moving wheels. Tonka back hoe (3-1/2" long) has moving wheels and bucket moves up and down. Tonka shovel (3" long) has moving treads and shovel scoops & raises and lowers.These also have a Key Chain attached that can be removed
